Refs Drawbacks

一年半前把我那块移动硬盘格式化为refs（好玩），用了这么久这玩意，随便写一点有啥缺点吧。（我只说我碰到的，老生常谈的什么无法引导我就省略了）

首先它不像NTFS那样可以检查错误，它如果碰到文件错误会直接删除，只会在日志上留条记录，不会跟你说一声
其次如果把steam的库文件夹放到这玩意上，我更新窝窝屎的时候老是出现磁盘写入错误，结果发现那个文件在硬盘上已经没有了，但是还是显示在文件上（就是删除的时候会显示什么未找到xxx，请确认之类的）。
兼容性非常差，不同win10之间都读不出来。更新个测试版的系统，发现天天崩溃，想回去用原来的系统，结果发现原来系统读不出来refs盘，最后只能被绑架用这个天天绿屏的玩意。。

A year and a half ago, I formatted my portable hard drive as ReFS (just for fun). Having used it for so long now, I’ll jot down a few drawbacks based on what I’ve encountered. (I’ll only mention what I’ve personally experienced; well-known issues like inability to boot are omitted.)

First, unlike NTFS, ReFS cannot perform error checking. If it encounters a file error, it will directly delete the file, leaving only a log entry without notifying you.
Second, if you place your Steam library folder on this thing, I frequently encountered disk write errors when updating World of Warships. It turned out that the file was already missing from the hard drive, yet it still appeared in the file system (i.e., when trying to delete it, you’d get a “xxx not found, please confirm” message).
Its compatibility is very poor: even between different Windows 10 versions, it often fails to read. I updated to a test version of the system and found it crashing daily. When I tried to revert to the original system, I discovered the old system couldn’t read the ReFS drive, and I ended up stuck using this perpetually blue-screening setup.
